Wow..im a slacker..hardcore at that..,lol..... I always mean to update more often than I do and have the time to do so..but it always seems to elude me! Anyhow welcome back once again for a story in the blog of jason! *makes the motion to sit down* pls be seated and enjoy the blog. :) Well my birthday was last week..29th to be exact..all in all this year was pretty good all considering ;) I started off my bday celebrations early with the weekend right before. I went home home and got to hang out with my sis and julia a good bit that weekend. Friday we went to the movies with erik, sis, julia, and i to see Batman..great stuff. I like how they were able to represent him but not defame/deface his character any. After that we literally walked to walmart from the theater although we coulda drove!, rawr,lol....at any rate the best part was gettin to ride back in the back of a truck to the movie theater so we could head to steak and shake..nothing eventful there but the food was good and the company was as well. Saturday we planned for jetskiing..was totally ready to go and then the sky became extremely overcast and started to rain a little so I told everyone to just come over and we'll hang out and play DDR. We did so. Julia, jes, vanessa, my sis and I played DDR for a good bit of that afternoon, followed by eating food and the bday cake! CLICK for bday 05 pics The best part of saturday though was when everyone got off work..prior to that I had been hanging out with tommy and james til my sis got off work. We hung out at the mall and talked a crap ton while waiting next for julia to get off :) . After that we all headed to PuttPutt for laser tag and more DDR...that was ALOT of fun,lol...sad but true..how i miss paintball and lasertag is the next best thing..needless to say we won the game b/c tom and i were former teamates on our competition paintball team ;). Course we couldnt have won if we didnt have help from my sis and julia too...but we did alot of base killing and cleanup,lol. The next day i payed for it well and good and couldnt walk right through to the day before my actual bday...dang unused muscles!,lol--even though i dance like 3-4 nights a week it wasnt good enough! Then Wed of my actual bday...elizabeth and rebekah took me to a pizza place for dinner and then we had dance class. After class they told everyone and the teachers it was my bday and well..they had fun with that..Rebekah even baked me a double layerd chocolate fudge cake..mmmmmmmmmm,lol. But the worst part was that they formed a "spanking" machine and well i had to crawl through it..i wasnt too keen on this so i tried to make a run for the door,lol.. i wasnt allowed to leave so i was like screw it if im going through im going fast and got a runnin start and literally slid through them,lol..im good like that! ;)
After that we went swing dancin at the hotel and that was fun as usual with the added bonus of a birthday circle! Its when the bday person is in the middle and all the ppl of the opposite sex or even same(if the person dont mind,lol) gather around and take turns dancin with the birthday person for like 20-30seconds a piece. Great stuff..to keep from boring ppl i had to change up what i did with everyone :) Other than that, nothing to tell other than me buyin myself bday gifts with the money i got for my bday like new clothes and new headlights for my car..was going to buy a hood too but decided against it b/c rob doesnt have time to help me make it(we would have to take two hoods, cut them and make them into one by insetting on in the other). The latest thing to talk about is 4th of july....almost forgot about it,lol. Anyhow we had mark,jen, jarred, holly, marc, rob, and logan for it...we grilled, ate, talked and played vid games,lol..then i went to douglasville to see fireworks vs drivin downtown and walkin to see em..i prefer park and watch ;)..was great fun and great fireworks!
